Events we did over the holidays 2011

For one family night we got to go to temple square to see the lights. That was a fun activity. I think that this is a lovely picture of the red trees that remind me of Utes!

Every Christmas Eve we go bowling with my mother's side of the family. This is me trying to get good luck and get a strike.

One of the four brothers, Addison,  had me for Christmas. I wanted this book called Diary of a Wimpy Kid: Cabin Fever. He got it with all his love.  This is me unwrapping it.

This Christmas we wrapped up our whole living room so that we wouldn't peek at our presents before church. After church I got to run through the Wrapping paper, and that was the starting of opening presents.

My mom got me three pillow cases for Christmas. One was for the Fourth of July, Christmas, and a cupcake one for just the regular months.

My dad got me a Ute jacket and a Ute yard sign. I haven't taken off this jacket since!

Both my mom and dad bought me this. It has all the Disney princesses and the years they came out. My favorite Disney princess is Jasmine.

This was Monson's birthday. We went to Salt City. Just so you know, it's his favorite restaurant. As you can see, I'm still wearing my Ute jacket!

Ok, I didn't wear my Ute jacket all the time. Monson's birthday cake has chunks of chocolate and it's chocolate cake with chocolate frosting! That's too much chocolate even for me.

Halloween!

I know Halloween isn't that close, but it is my favorite holiday, and I think that I will follow that  sign you know eat, drink, and be scary.

It was creepy I tell ya!

Laura's Band Party

Every year the Belnaps' always throw a band party. This year they had a band that only played Beatle songs. It was awesome!!!!!!

Emilee Belnap loves me so much, she always hugs every time she sees me!

My dad is a great dancer and he loves to spin me round and round.

Laura was dancing with me but, I was to small, so she held me while we dance.

Rigby Rodeo

We went up to Eden to our friends ranch.

We've been here for the last four years every Fourth Of July weekend.

On the ranch they have llamas, horses, chickens, peacocks, and pond with fish

 This horse was my favorite out of all of them.

 Monson, Landon, and me watched country western band.

 The mechanical bull was fun, but it was hard to hold on!!

 This was inside the kids playhouse.

 Do you like this peacock? I think it was pretty.

 The chickens were kind of grouchy . They were clucking at us.

This is me again with my favorite horse. It feels good when you pet this horse.

Playground

I went to the playground on Saturday.

It was fun being at the playground.

I love to be at the playground, because you can see your friends there, slide on slides, and play on the jungle gym.

Masterpiece Dance!

Yesterday I got to perform two dances and I love to dance with an audience. My mom, friend Max, Grandma Welch and Landon came to watch me.

My Spring Break

Today I just came back from a couple of sleepovers.
Now I'm just so tired lying with my dog.

I was having so much fun at the sleepovers!
At one sleepover I made a couple of forts and played lots of games.
At another sleepover I made cool scarves.
Do you like sleepovers?

I had a little bit of homework a to do though.
I only had one page of multiplication 1-12.
It wasn't that fun to do my homework.

Inuits ( eskimos)

Hello!
I'm going wacko without any T.V.
Only 2 more days until I can start watching T.V.
Do you have any ideas  instead of watching T.V.?
Today I learned about Arctic Natives called inuits.
They use the whole body of whale.
Like the fat is burned for gas, the skin is used for clothing, the meat is used to eat.

lucky Sunday

I love Sundays. Sundays make me happy, because I can go to church ad learn about the savior.
I love that I can go see my aunts, uncles, grandmas, grandpas, and cousins.

Yesterday was my Aunt Marcie's birthday! She is a great aunt. I love her so much that I'm going to give her a present to her today( the present is a bracelet that I made).
Well I hope she had a great birthday.

Now I will do my three things I'm lucky for.

1. I am lucky for having friends that help me
2. I am lucky for cousins that are nice and playful
3. I am lucky that I can not watch T.V. for a week

T.V.

I can not watch t.v. for a whole week!
My school is doing a no T.V. week. I'm reading more instead of watching T.V.
It is kind of hard not watching T.V. for a whole week, because I like to watch some T.V.
Do you like watching T.V.?
I can do so much more things though, like playing with friends, practicing piano more, reading so much and I can actually focus better in school!
My mom read me a poem with CRAZY voices and it was funny.

A Lucky Day!

Usually my cousin is here playing on the computer, but today he is so tired!
I feel bad for him and hope he will be wide awake at school today. What are you lucky for?

Being lucky is being thankful, but laila's thankful life didn't sound right, so I decided to name it laila's lucky     life.
